Fuzed has already secured multiple sites under LOIs commitments (or pre-leases), marking strong early traction with both public and private landowners. These sites are being structured into two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) — both are asset-light SPVs — for staged deployment over the next 12 months.

🌞 Signed solar + EV LOIs

We have secured 11 solar sites to date:

• 2 public-sector locations, including one city and a Hospital group (with 5 sites) summing up to 3,5MWp in total ;
• 9 private-sector sites, mainly retail and logistics players summing up to 3,7MWp.

These LOIs represent over 7.2 MWp of minimum solar potential and up to 29k square meters of overhaul solar potential (including parkings and roofs). They are representing up to 62 charging stations.

Each site is covered by either a pre-contractual commitment (LOI) and pre-leased are being finalized for durations between 25 to 35 years.

🚗 Signed EV LOIs & contracts

We have secured 10 sites with EV only deployments. Theses sites are driven by opportunities allowing us to enter into larger discussions with multiple-sites landlords.

• 7 private-sector sites, mainly Retails and Food&Beverage, have been signed and are already running with charging stations (2 are being constructed). They totalized 17 charging stations ;
• 3 private-sector sites under LOIs, including industrial site (fleet) and F&Bs, summing up to an additional 9 charging stations.

Each site is or will be covered by either a contract for a duration between 5 to 10 years. Those sites will transform into Solar for most of them.

🧱 Upcoming SPVs

We are currently finalizing the setup of two dedicated SPVs:

1. SPV #1 – Asset Light with Enervivo
   • up to 8 sites
   • ~2-3.7 MWp aggregated capacity + over 50 charging stations
   • Financed with Enervivo’s Infra fund partner
2. SPV #2 – Fully owned by Fuzed
   • Upt to 5 sites
   • ~3,5 MWp + 12 EV chargers
   • 100% owned and operated by Fuzed (via TopCo)
